Description: The city of Rio de Janeiro is the host for this catholic event in 2013. More than two million young people are expected for the World Youth Day (WYD). According to the Archbishop of Rio, a committee of the Pontifical Council for the Laity will come to Rio in the end of February 2012. From March 28th to April 1st of that same year, there will be a general meeting in Rome. The organizers of World Youth Day 2012 (Madrid), will also be attending.
